Initial Behavioral Consultation

Initial consultations are 1-hour appointments with Dr. Thompson and include a nose-to-tail physical examination. These are performed in your home so Dr. Thompson can observe your pet in their home environment. 

Upon booking, you will be emailed a behavioral health questionnaire and prompted to provide medical records.

Medical records should include your pet's most recent physical exam and wellness lab work. Medical records can be uploaded directly into the questionnaire or emailed by yourself or your primary care veterinarian to thompson.behavior@gmail.com.
